Error on Sign In
A few of my students have reported this same error while trying to sign in to Minecraft Education... any idea what it is or how to fix it?
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 2
Char: 673309
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'isInteger'
Code: 0
URL: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/bundle/main.486a7dba.js
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

I solved it by entering this page and doing the verification from here https://www.office.com/

Had the same problem. I went to the Minecraft: Education Edition website and made sure that I was logged in there and then I set up and tested Microsoft Authenticator. Then I re-launched Minecraft and went through the login process. My phone prompted for verification on the Authenticator app and Minecraft logged in as usual.
Seems important to have Authenticator working and ready to verify the login.

Thanks so much for the info Stephen!!!
Anyone reading after this point, please take note at the steps Stephen Ballantyne has posted, that is our current work around at this moment.

What Santiago Martinez is saying is the way to resolve this specific issue. It has something to do with Microsoft requiring that you authorize your authentication methods. So as long as you do that, you should be good.

Hey there Megan and Wong,
Sorry to hear, unfortunately we are seeing more and more script errors come in.
Currently here are some steps to try:
- Ensure M:EE is allowed through any local or network level firewalls
- Uninstall all versions of M:EE from the device and then reinstall from our site
- Update OS to latest version
Are you all seeing reports from Script Errors on # of users encountering the issue? Is it the whole school, or just a couple users? Thanks!

Hey all,
Sorry to hear, please try the steps above.
It is still an error that is being under investigation.
We have had reports of users logging into the Minecraft: Education Edition website first, then being able to get past the authentication window after that.
This error is still being looked into, apologies!
Also if anything ends up working for anyone, please post about it to help others!
Thanks!

I've just wasted 2 hours on this with 2 screaming special needs children. This is a paid for service and you can't even keep the lights on. I recommend MINETEST.

Hi,
Just to add something :
I don't play minecraft education edition but i use teams at work. And of course i have the exact same issue, character 673309, in https://mysignings.microsoft..... (it try to convert an integer into a binary form).
If i reinstall teams, i don't have the issue anymore but it come again when i restart the pc (2 reinstallations at this time)0 -
roberto gonzales since this seems to be the only place this bug is mentioned: I had the problem with one of our customers this week, and we solved it by turning on two factor authentication.
It's obviously an annoyance, especially if you don't really want the hassle. But until Microsoft fixes it, that's the only workaround I've found.
