When I try to sign into Minecraft education edition this screen keeps popping up

When I try to sign into Minecraft education edition this screen keeps popping up.I also tried reinstalling but i upgraded to 1.18.31 and 1.18.30 has the same issue, does anyone have the 1.18.30 link so I can get it back.

I've searched for answers, and I can't find any.

I'm using the Windows Desktop Beta if that helps.

  I've also clicked yes and no and nothing happens.
