Read buttons and signs

I teach a year 8 digital technologies class. 3 - 5 of my students cannot read even a single word.

They have been successful with other coding platforms that will read instructions to them and the immersive reader is definitely helpful for these students.

Unfortunately subject kits like the hour of code however still need students to read buttons in dialogue boxes and signs that the immersive reader does not read to students.

It is also confusing for students when they need to go into the immersive reader for 1 paragraph. Go out and click the button and click back into the immersive reader.

The instructions in the coding window cannot be read using the immersive reader
