plank screen when i try to sign in

hey i have a problem every time i try to sign in a plank screen shows up like the one in the photo if anyone could help me please  tell me how to fix it

  Hello, im John Erwin a moderator volunteer, may i ask if you've tried restarting? or try to update your version of Minecraft: Education Edition?

  yes i did restart my pc and  yes its the newest version of the game (my version is 1.17.32)
