Gray Wolves Block Lesson - Missing NPC

The NPC is not spawning in the Gray Wolves  - Block 1, Lesson 5.  I have tried it on a PC, Mac, and Chromebooks, and I have had no luck. I even tried downloading the world from the Gray Wolves Lesson Plan Resources.

I found a similar post over a month ago, and it was stated that a ticket would be put in.  There still doesn't seem to be a resolution.

Please advise.

  So this problem in Coding Fundamentals, block 1 unit 5:

  is still persisting? I used View Library to navigate to Coding Fundamentals and ended up in a lovely room with wolves in an enclosure, but no one to talk to, so I am assuming this is the problem only in the Library version. Laylah Bulman

  I believe this issue should now be resolved.
