Needed Teacher Controls

Lava: Toggle ability to disable lava and flow

Water: Toggle water flow

TNT, end crystal, and lava: Toggle students able to place/use

If I'm having students create an animal and some randomly use lava, water, and TNT... it is SO distracting. Why are these still options in game? Toggle using destructive items is handy, but doesn't stop them from placing them. It's like if I was doing an art project and in the materials, I had a knife, slime, and glitter and told them they can't use them. They would try and it would be a distraction.
