I cant access my world

I always get this screen after the world loads about 20 percent

  Hey there, 
  This could be due to a couple of different things. 
  
  Just to verify: 
  1. Are you using the latest version of Minecraft Education? The current release is 26.32. 
  2. Does this occur when creating/entering a singleplayer world, or entering a multiplayer session? 
  3. Does this affect all worlds? 
  4. Can you provide the specifications of your device, and what operating system you're running?
