Critical Connection Outage: Login Screen Stuck at "Signing into ……" Loop
Hello Minecraft Education Support Team,
We are writing to report a critical and widespread connectivity failure during the sign-in process, heavily impacting a large volume of users across multiple platforms starting around September 23, 2026.
Issue Description: When launching the game and attempting to sign in, the client gets stuck indefinitely on the loading popup ("Sign-In Required / Signing into .com"), as shown in the attached screenshot. It fails to load the authentication portal or proceed further.

Impact & Scope:
-
Platforms Affected: We have confirmed that this issue affects iPad (iOS), Mac (macOS), and Windows devices simultaneously.
-
Network Proxy Test: If users connect through a proxy/VPN service, the login page loads instantly and succeeds across these devices.
-
The Core Problem: The vast majority of our educational users and students do not have access to proxy tools. Consequently, this sudden cross-platform connection block renders Minecraft Education completely inaccessible for an entire regional user base, paralyzing ongoing educational activities.
-
Version Affected: Confirmed on version v26.32 and surrounding builds.
Urgent Request:
Given the severity and multi-platform nature of this outage, could the engineering and backend teams urgently investigate if recent backend endpoint changes, domain routing adjustments, or SSL/firewall restrictions have broken the login redirection for certain regional traffic? We kindly request immediate attention and assistance to restore connectivity for these impacted learners.
Thank you for your prompt support.
