Cannot login with chromebook
My son is attending a programming school and cannot login using an account provided by the school using his chromebook. The profile used is a child gmail account. Despite taking off restrictions in the app section in setup, I just get the swirling sign. If I am logged in with my gmail account, I can go to the sign in screen. Is there a way to allow children accees? I have given access in the parent control.

Typically, an infinite spinning circle after putting in your email address indicates an issue with Single Sign On between your schools Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra. We would recommend reaching out to your IT Administration team to look deeper into the issue from their end. If they have issues, we'd love to work with them directly to help get to the bottom of it!
