Is this a game problem?

So my sprint button is left control, and so when I sprint it is ok. But when I try holding control and then pressing space it just stop my character  and it really messes me up. But when I do this with other sprint buttons, it works perfectly fine. I need an answer!!

  Can I ask why you are pressing CTRL and SPACE together? What are you trying to have happen when you do this?
