Urgent Help Needed: Minecraft Education Subscription Cancellation
Hi there,
I created a Minecraft education account with a school email that does not work. I cannot login to cancel or get any information what so ever! I got an invoice to my personal email so obviously it was added to the account some how. I need to cancel the subscription because my son's computer is too old to run the game successfully. He hasn't even logged in since we initially set everything up.
I tried calling but I can't seem to get past the phone number question with the AI support person. Please help!
