Unable to administer Minecraft Education for Commercial account
I subscribed to Minecraft Education for Commercial a year ago, but then was never able to log in to access the account.
Now I received email that the subscription will auto-renew, but I still cannot log in to administer that account and cancel the subscription.
(I logged in to my personal Microsoft account to post this message, but the Commercial account uses a different email address. But, I cannot log in to a Microsoft account using that email address.)
