So i wanted to download MEE but it says that the version of my laptop is too old and says i cant download it so id there any way i could get a older version of MEE

  Officially, you won't be able to get an older version here because it is no longer supported and is considered to be both out-of-date and filled with errors that were fixed with newer versions.
