Minecraft Education subscription purchased but not working

Hello,

We purchased a Minecraft Education subscription for ₹399 per month, but it is not working. We are unable to access/use Minecraft Education even after taking the subscription.

We have already signed in with our Microsoft account, but the subscription benefits are still not active.

Could you please check and help us resolve this issue as soon as possible?
