Dedicated Server Download Links
We’ve recently become aware of an issue impacting downloads of the 1.21.133 Dedicated Server builds from the Dedicated Server Tooling and Scripting Guide.
Some users may receive the incorrect build (for example, Linux links returning the Windows version, or vice versa), and this appears to be affecting only certain regions.
If you're affected and in immediate need of these files, please reach out to our support and we can directly provide the files in a ticket!
We understand this can be frustrating, and our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We’ll share an update as soon as it’s fully fixed.

I got an error on downloading the sample tooling Python notebook. I really do need it as I'm setting up a server for our Children's Hospital project!

Thanks for reporting this issue! I do see the error you're getting. Let me check in with our dev team to get this resolved.
In the meantime, you may be able to setup your server(s) using the Dedicated Server Admin Portal per this guide: https://edusupport.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/46370720373908-The-Dedicated-Server-Admin-Portal-is-here
