Unable to Share a World
We are a chromebook school and our students are unable to access their teacher's worlds. They get a message that says "Your client is having trouble establishing a connection to multiplayer services. Please check your internet connection, restart your client, and try again. Multiplayer Connection Failed"

Hey Theresa,
I completely understand how frustrating it can be when your students are unable to connect to each other. Rest assured, we’ll get you back up and running. To help us break down the issue, can you check the following?1. Are you using any proxies or filters (i.e. Web Filtering)? If so, can you confirm that you've allow listed all required URLs and added all Firewall exclusions?More information can be found here: https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide2. Does this occur in a specific world or lesson? This can help determine any world specific things that might cause issues.3. Can you ensure that all installations of Minecraft Education are up to date? All players are required to be running the same version of Minecraft Education to play together. The current version 1.21.133 (release just earlier today).
