Can't pay for Minecraft Education

We keep getting an Error code: 43881 when we try and purchase licenses for Minecraft Education.  The Esports team is getting very upset. The priority for us is quite high but you deem it as a much lower priority.

  I understand the frustration that not being able to purchase licenses for your e-sports team must cause. 
  
  I don't see an existing ticket to our team from either you or your organization. 
  Our team doesn't handle purchase issues directly, as purchases are handled by the Microsoft Admin/Billing Team directly. From what I can find the 43881 error means that something is failing verification on Microsoft's Purchase Backend. Your best path forward is to reach out to the Microsoft Admin Team directly, using the steps below. We wish we could help more directly, but we unfortunately don't have the backend access to assist with these types of issues, as we're more geared towards issues with the application itself (like client crashing, multiplayer issues, etc.).

  1. Login into the Microsoft Admin Center  https://aka.ms/admincenter
  2. Click on the green headset icon found at the bottom right of your screen
  3. Type in your issue
