Error installing minecraft edu

So I needed to uninstall minecraft edu because something wasn't working, in hopes that if I install it again it would work better. I tried this so many times but the same screen keep showing up and nothing is working:

I am using my own pc, and there's no software that I know of installed currently.

  Hi Udantika Arya, 

  Try right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as administrator". 

  Let us know if that helps.
