  Make sure you have a good internet connection and make sure the login to your account is correct, if not maybe the wifi you are using is have blocked the connection. For better help look in here

  Antivirus software can block communication if Minecraft Education is not added as a trusted program. I also recommend you add all of our URLs to the allow list to make sure the communication is not interrupted: URLs Used by Minecraft: Education Edition. If this doesn't help your issue, can you provide us more information on the device your using, the client version your running, and screenshots of your issue?
