i just bought minecraft ee and i cant login

it says i need to check my internet connection

im using an hp laptop with windows 11 btw

  For Windows users, the "can't connect to service error" means you have multiple installations of Minecraft: Education Edition on your device and will need to remove all but one. For Chromebook users, this means you are using a proxy and will need to have that proxy disabled.
