O365 - Added new CC cant delete old CC as ME is tied to it, but not visible...
All the "oopses" and "sorry we cant find" together with the "The Store will be gone soon" already made me nervous in the past.
I now have the problem that I cant delete our old CreditCard in the O365 admin center, as it claims Minecraft is still tied to it. But Minecraft is not there.
We used it since ages, but thanks to COVID-problems havent renewed the subscription last year. We want to do it now though.
But I cant delete the old Creditcard.
We use Office 356 A1 for teachers. Back in the days I purchased Minecraft Education via the Education store.
Even there I cant purchase / reanable the subscription. I also cant delete the old CC there either. (same message, ME 1y subscription tied to it, please chnage payment option, which then results into an error.)
Things have changed, or are gone/missing...this truly turned into a mess. :(
What can I do ?
