Minecraft Preview isn't updating to 1.21.131

The minecraft change log says it's updated yet the game is still at 1.21.110, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and tried updating with it installed, it's just not updated.

  Can you clarify which platform this is occurring on? Currently, Windows is not up to this version.
