"Your Trial of Minecraft: Education is complete"

I have a teacher that has a few students that are getting this error. We have 16 licenses that were purchased around 9/15/2021. Some of the students are working fine. Some of them are not. The ones that are not all have licenses assigned and get the error "Your Trial of Minecraft: Education is complete".

I need a fix for this problem. I have not seen a fix in the community.

  Hi there Bob Montgomery. It sounds like these students may have been assigned trial licenses instead of their full licenses. We have a guide on this here:

  Identify Trial Licenses in the Store for Education – MEE (minecraft.net)

  If you are purchasing your licenses from a third party partner you will need to contact them and have them reassign the correct licenses to your accounts. Let us know if you have any other questions!

  after chasing this issue down I found out a previous Admin had not purchased the licenses he said he did.
