Bug: Installing Windows version fails

I have just installed the Windows (1.17.32.00) version on a W10 PC using the .exe downloaded from the download page. Initially the .exe would not run, citing insufficient permissions.

I solved this by running the .exe as administrator (right-click on the .exe file and click "Run as administrator"), which then gave me the admin prompt as usual, and the installation ran smoothly from there.

Presuming this is a bug and that the MEE team should know about it!
