it will say ' we cant connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again' but i ve tried that and it wont work what do i do.

  So, a lot of these fixes you will need a parent or teacher to help with. If this is a windows device check that there is only one copy of Minecraft Education installed. If there are two then delete one and see if that helps the problem. The next thing to check is that communication isn't being blocked by antivirus software or firewalls. The last step is forwarding port 19132 UDP/HTTPS.
