Can’t even log in

What the title says. I’m on a school IPad and most of the time I can’t even get past the loading screen without it freezing and even if I do it freezes at the log in screen, I’m pretty sure everyone in the school has this problem

  Hi there Eva Russell. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with loading the app on your iPad. Can you let us know what iOS version and what sort of device you are using? You may need to update to the most recent version of iOS as well as reinstall the app to get the most recent version. Please let us know!

  I have now realized that I needed to update my IPad 😅
