mc world associated with MEE lesson will not open

I am attempting use use the lesson Arrays and Multiplication- https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/lessons/arrays-and-multiplication

The world file in External Reference will not open. I get an error message: that is cannot be downloaded securely.
