Purchasing a school license for Minecraft
I am trying to purchase multiple paid licenses for minecraft education as our students trials have run out. When I get to the Microsoft store, the 'buy more' button does not allow me to click it. Our IT admin has had the same issue.

The store is retiring soon, perhaps you could click on the link at right which says "Learn about other options for getting and managing apps" Mine is in a yellow announcement barrier.
If that is not possible, be sure you are logged in. Check who the account manager is in the little circle on the upper right. Click on your domain in the black bar, and choose Minecraft. (I assume you have done this since you have seen the "buy more' button.) Give it your best shot, and if you're still stuck, put in a help ticket.
We definitely want the students to keep going! Let us know. We want to help.

Chelsea Lopez Sorry to hear you're seeing the grey buy button issue. We're currently investigating this. Are you able to have your IT Admin reach out to us in a ticket at https://aka.ms/MEE_New_Request ? We should be able to find the source of the issue and resolve it. Generally, it is due to not having completed the educational verification process.

We can also check your account if your IT admin writes in to see if your current 365 subscription might have it bundled with it.
