    This might be due to some things occurring on your network. But first if this is a windows device make sure only one copy of Minecraft Education is installed. Once you verified that, next is to check your antivirus software and make sure Minecraft Education is a trusted application. The last thing to do is to forwarded port 19132 UDP/HTTPS on the network to allow for uninterrupted communication with our servers. Let us know if any of that helps your issue.
