Saved world not loading

We have saved world that we cannot get other to join.  When the world is loading we are getting an error "Unable to connect to the world". We have created a new world and the new world loads fine.

 

Can suggestion on how repair or open the saved world.

  You can try copying the world within Minecraft Education, delete the world file, and then host the new one. 
  Prior to hosting, copy the world within Minecraft Education, delete the world file the student cannot join, and then host the new one. I would wait to delete the original one until you find a solution. Let me know if that helps your issue.
