How come we can't talk to humans for any kinds of Minecraft Education Edition support
It's really frustrating. Microsoft feels like the Dark Empire again.

The issue now is that the official Minecraft Education Edition accounts that my school purchased for 200 students only have "10 free trials".1

I meant the licenses we purchased for our students. But I do think it's ridiculous that there is not a single person, not one, that I'm given the option to call.

I found that working directly with the authorized Microsoft reseller was quick and efficient -- instead of trying to "speak to Microsoft"

Fahim Chowdhury, thanks for your feedback. We unfortunately do not have the support bandwidth the support calls at this time, but I'm happy to assist via your ticket or here.
Generally, when users see a free trials message after the school has purchased Minecraft: Education Edition licenses, it is due to either no license being assigned to those users, or the free trial license being assigned instead of the purchased licenses. You can tell the difference in the Store for Education because the free trial licenses will show "Unlimited" when looking at your different apps/licenses. Here is a link to the page I'm referencing: : https://educationstore.microsoft.com/en-us/manage/inventory/apps-software
If your issue persists, it may be best to respond via the ticket so I can gather additional details on your tenant and what you're seeing in the form of screenshots. Thanks!0 -
Justin, I will talk show your port to our IT director who is responsible for assigning the licenses. Thank you for your reply and I will keep you posted.
