Unable to have classmates join my world and I cannot join other worlds.

Whenever I try to join my classmate's world I get unable to connect, also when they try to join mine they get unable to connect.

  This has happened to me as well, the only way it worked was if we were on the same WiFi network. Not sure if this is the case but it was for me.

  sometimes the connection is strange -- I recommend rebooting the wifi and the computer -- also make sure that the IT Team has the correct URLs open on the network
