Trouble Signing In

I just purchased the education edition but when trying to login I keep getting this message.  I don't understand where to go from here.

  Hello Kristen! Did you check that your account has Office 365 Education? It requires that license.

  So, this error message can occur if you are not added as a user for that tenant/@domain. The first thing you want to check is that you have been added as a user. Then once that is confirmed you will need a license assigned to the user account. It can be a purchased license or a trial one, but one is needed, let me know if this helps at all.
