Installation Issue on Chromebook

I have a student that downloaded the app but instead of it showing the buttons Open or Uninstall, it just shows Installed.  When you click on the Installed button, it looks for him to log in with his Google Account but does not take him to the game.  I can't seem to be able to uninstall it for him so that he can just reinstall it.  Any ideas?

  I am a some what experienced user of Minecraft Edu. But I never tried on Chromebook. anyways. Ensure that your profile is a Work/School Profile. It wont work on Personal's. See if this fixes your issue. Did he use a personal or a work/school profile by the way?

  Hi there Carolyn White. I'm sorry to hear that your student is having trouble logging in. Elijah Pritchett is on to something here as well. I'm going to open a ticket with you to see if we can't get to the bottom of this.

  Thank you for your help.  I had the student remove his local profile from his school issued Chromebook.  Once he logged back in he was able to download Minecraft without any issues!
