I am on a school Chromebook and it keeps telling me ¨We cant connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again and I have uninstalled it and it did not work. I  updated it but it still did not work. What can I do?

  Currently Chromebooks have issues with proxy's setup at school networks. We offer limited support for Chromebook proxies. The second thing is to update the Chromebook OS, which I see you mentioned you updated but not sure what you updated. Please refer to this link to see all the known issues we have cataloged.
