Minecraft Stuck on Downloading Screen after getting new computers.
Hello,
I am still having difficulty with my Minecraft Education stuck on downloading resources page. I have had IT administrator re-install the app, re-image my computers, and now have replaced my computers and it still hasn't been working for everyone. My students sign in using their school e-mail. It has worked for some students' but has not worked for everyone. Me and my IT administrator's are struggling to fix this problem.

I apologize greatly for this known issue and the trouble it caused you.
