Unable to access world for classwork
Once again this issue has arisen in my lessons.
Since the update 2 of my classes are struggling to access a shared world I am hosting.
In some cases half the class (12 students) can access it, but in other cases only 2-3 can access.
We have tried restarting devices and the app, but no effect.

First of all, sorry, I know these things are difficult!
Second, please do ask the students to make a note on every computer and be sure they are all in the same version before they sign in. (necessary!) =]
Third, please give us more information so we can be more helpful: are your students in person, or in distance learning? All on the same kind of devices? What kind, please?

Hello,
The students are all on iPads and distance learning and all have the updated version.
We had these issues last year at times, but I thought it would be fixed by now.
They have all reset and retired the MCE app but for most they still cannot access.

Hi Nial, I'm sorry you are having issues with your students joining worlds. Can you tell me what OS version your iPads are running?
