I found a post from 6 days ago with a possible work around but I am not finding the file on our computers.

  Hi, DEBORAH WHITE - I'm sorry you are not finding the file. It is easier to help when similar concerns are grouped together, so in the future, it would be great if you went ahead and posted on the existing thread with questions. We check all of the comments! =]
