Portfolios not saving text when exported
Rather than send a ticket, I wanted to see if this was a bug affecting anyone else since the update.
I did a task with my students today in the same world which required them to take photos of things and write the 3D coordinates down in the caption of each photo in the portfolio. Unfortunately for some reason it wouldn't save the caption for anything past page 3 for any of the students. The pictures worked though. One of my students couldn't even type into the portfolio, he only got some sort of triangle symbol.
I tested this at home on the same world and there wasn't a problem which is confusing.
Anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix?

This has been confirmed as an issue and our engineering team is investigating. There is a mitigation for this issue:
- After you open the portfolio, flip through all of the pages and view each page in the portfolio. If you do this before exporting, all images and text should be included in the PDF file.

This sounds frustrating! Would you be able to capture some screen shots of what your students see? Also, what devices and OS versions are the students using? This info can help us track down the issue.

I will test this out again with my students tomorrow and see exactly where the issue starts now that I am aware of it.
Except that one student who couldn't type at all except that strange triangle symbol, it all looked fine in their portfolios, it was just the products that were exported to the school server that messed up.
They were using dell laptops with windows 10.

Same issue here experienced today. This is very frustrating, as I have Grade 2 students trying to export their portfolios and investing a lot of time and effort in writing their captions, only to have them disappear after trying to export the PDF.
This looks like a very strange bug, and I would appreciate any feedback or update regarding this.
Students are all running latest version of MinecratEDU on Classmate PCs.
Should I be opening a ticket?
