Can I use ray tracing with Minecraft: Education Edition?

My PC does meet the ray tracing requirements, but I can't select the ray tracing checkbox.

Is this a specification?

(I'm using translation, so I'm sorry if English is unnatural)

  Ok I am very familiar to technology, tell me if you are using a laptop or not and what GPU and CPU do you have and the RAM of the CPU.

  P.S PC’s around 2,000 to 3,000 USD runs very well on RTX.
