Stuck at "Downloading Resources" screen on First Run

Hello, I have a little problem regarding to the game itself after installing 1.17.30.5 . As soon as I was logged on with my education account, the screen seems stuck on "Downloading Resources" although it has been an hour. The progress bar also seems not to move at all. Is there any solve to this problem?
