Trouble signing in
When I try signing in it brings me up this screen and it never lets me in

I am having the same issue on my son's Chromebook. I am able to sign in and play on my MacBook, but not his Chromebook.

I've been having the same issue in my classroom the last three days. At least 10 of my students are stuck on the loading screen. Please advise ASAP.

Hi, are you all on the current 1.14.70 release? And are you all using Chromebooks?

Also, could you let us know the steps to go through to reproduce this issue? We'd like to know at what point in the login process you see this issue.

FYI i just got mine to work again! I wanted to let you know what I did, in case it can help you too. If you are using a Chromebook... I went to this link: Known Issues on Chromebook. I followed this advice:
2. Manually update "Android System Webview" from the Playstore.
That alone fixed it for me, and may help you too. Maybe other things on the site will help. This prevented me from having to file a support ticket. If all else fails, that is what I would do, and what I was about to do, until I came across that website. Good luck!

Yes. We are all at on the 1.14.70 release. My students click the app, click "sign in" and then are brought to a loading screen that never loads.

when i put in the info it's just there for hours it used to work but now it doesn't

Rafael Cardoso this issue isn't related to Minecraft: Education Edition. It looks like you are having issues with your school or work account. You'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support for this issue.
