unable to connect to world-FIXED

Hello everybody.

THE PROBLEM

was that every time a user tried to join a session they would get the error: "unable to connect to world".

There are a few steps that are published in many fourms that are supposed to solve the problem (disable firewall, update network drivers, change xboxlive setting exc')

They are indeed the logical steps to take but for me there was somthing missing. since it did not resolve my issue.

It didnt metter that i turned off the firewall becuse windows defender was allways writing new rules for the firewall. it didnt matter if i changed that rule inside the firewall becuse windows defender kept writing new ones.

THE FIX

I needed to fix the problem inside windows defender so i opened the security setting in my compute and from the to "network protection and firewall".

once there your are given the option to control the PUBLIC , PRIVATE or PARIMITER networks.

go to the one that says : "(active)" and click it.

make sure to untick the box that says: "block all incoming connections including the ones in the allowed application list"
