Students can't join worlds
My students can't join the world I made for them (or any other world newly created, either by me or a student). They can enter the 4 pictogram password, and get a notification that they are joining my world (my name appears on screen). But then it will always say failed to connect.
I asked my schools internet expert and he can't figure it out either. What would be the problem?

Hi Marc Weijermans,
Could be a few things. Some quick questions to help narrow the field:
1. Are you all on the same network? Eg, some devices are on wifi, some are plugged into the network via cable?
2. Are you all in the same physical classroom? Anyone joining or hosting virtually?
3. Is it a mix of device types, or are you all using the same devices (eg Chromebooks, Windows, iOS etc.)?
3. Has your IT group added all the firewall exceptions (complete list here)?

My students are trying to join worlds, but they get this error code: PSP/SIG: no_session(Empty Auth from Discovery).
We have tryed to reinstall the app from the computer, and they are in the same network, and they are in the same classroom. Everyone has Windows.
The first time they created the world, on friday 15/09 they all got in, but now it does not work.0 -
Hey there,
Thanks for your report about P2P issues, sorry you are experiencing them. This is a larger issue that the team was looking into, should be resolved now. Please check here for updates:
