Licenses management - payment and reclaimed licenses after a year.
Hello there,
my school organization Coasscit/Saar has bought during the past year 95 licences for Minecraft Education Edition, not all at once, but small numbers at different moments of the past year.
The system tried to settle payment for all 95 licences and fortunately, the card was empty. We proceeded to reclaim all licences of students who will no longer need their licence but the total amount that the system wants us to pay has not changed.
We received communication that one of our former students has bought the renewal for her licence by herself and we don´t know either how or why she was able to do so and furthermore we can continue to use ours, both expired than reclaimed.
I have a few questions: what is happening?
Why is the system asking us to pay for licences that we bought LESS than a year ago?
Why do the reclaimed licences still work?
How can we change the total amount of licences we now want to pay for?
We tried everything we know on the management site for our licences but nothing has worked. I even tried on different browsers so that is not the issue here.
I seriously need some real-time support, I don´t believe these issues are solvable by sending me some link for a FAQ page.
I already contacted Microsoft support but after a week I haven´t gotten any response.
Please help! We have a course starting during the next few weeks and I can not deal with any licences issues.
