Sign in box not loading

Hi all,

When I go to sign in, the sign in box just appears blank (like it's loading but it doesn't). I have downloaded the PC version.

Has this happened to anyone else?

  This may not be the reason, but sometimes it happens when my Internet is slow or when other applications are tying my computer down. Have you tried restarting your computer? I also have trouble sometimes when I have more than one Microsoft login on my computer. How is it going now? Can you let us know what your status is at this time?
