Fintropolis Credit Activity

I decided to try out one of the featured maps this month, Fintropolis, and one of the activities, the one about credit, requires you to buy a clock, a book, a cake, and a poppy, from specific locations in the mall. However, every time I got to this section, there was no place to buy the clock. I reloaded the world and created a new one as well, to see if it was just a glitch, but I still can't find the clock.
