API for Python notebooks?

Where can I find the API for the Minecraft Python notebooks? I'm very excited that we have Python available without the blocks in M:EE. I used to use Raspberry Pi and Minecraft, and the API was available for reference. I can't seem to locate it for M:EE. There was a post 7 months ago here asking the same question, but it was not answered. Help!
