    If you are talking about /commands, commands need to be enabled and you probably need to make anyone who joins an operator.

    If you are talking about commands to your agent, I think YOU have to say the chat command for your agent to run it.  I'm not sure but if you want others to be able to use their agents in your world, they would need to have operator status and would need to have the same programs running in their Make code.

    In the classroom settings, you can allow slash commands. By default they are on. See more in the link. It does not require operator status to use slash commands, but whenever students can code, they can change settings and it gets tricky trying to control whether or not they become operator =]
