Problem Signing in to Minecraft Education Education

Good day everyone. I just want to ask. I have already installed Minecraft Education Edition into my laptop and I already have a Microsoft Office 365 account and I have already signed up for a Minecraft Education Edition account. My laptop has a Windows 10 Operating Systems. Everytime I click the Minecraft Education Edition icon on my laptop, it always says, "We can't sign in to the service that you are requiring right now. Please check your Internet connection and please try it later" though our Internet connection at home is functioning. What can I do about it? Thank you to those who will respond.

  i cant sign in because it says the i have sign out of this account
